Develop a personal meditation practice for moving mindfully outdoors

FREE in-person class, Sunday, September 8, 10:00am - 12:00pm pacific time in the East Bay Hills. Location information will be shared upon registration.

Have you ever gone for a walk or a hike only to realize when you got home that you were lost in thought the entire time? This 2 hour class will provide meditation practices that can improve your outdoor experience. These practices can be used while walking to work, around the neighborhood, on a hike or all the way to the top of a mountain.

This class will require transportation to the East Bay Hills location and the ability to walk. This class welcomes people of all, races, ethnicities, backgrounds, incomes, gender identities, sexual orientations, religious beliefs and political affiliations.
