4 week introduction to mindfulness & meditation course
FREE online course, Tuesdays in May from 7:00-8:00pm pacific time.
Collect mindfulness tools and develop a personal meditation practice.
Classes will meet for 1 hour, once a week for 4 weeks on Google Meet. Each class will cover a short introduction to one of the core foundations of mindfulness, a meditation practice and group discussion.

This course welcomes people of all abilities, races, ethnicities, backgrounds, incomes, gender identities, sexual orientations, religious beliefs and political affiliations.

Introduction to mindfulness
Gain an overview of mindfulness, the benefits and learn the everyday breath practice.
Mindfulness of emotions
Learn how to identify emotions, work with emotions, the benefits and practice RAIN meditation.
Mindfulness of the heart
Examine self-compassion, compassion for others and practice lovingkindness or Metta.
Everyday mindfulness
Learn techniques for integrating these practices into your daily life & practice movement meditation.
